Claudia began her Real Estate career in 2003 with Coldwell Banker Legacy in Albuquerque where she achieved the prestigious Previews International Property Specialist designation proving her skills at mastering luxury property transactions. Additionally, Claudia was a Certified Relocation Specialist with various world-wide relocation organizations–such as Cartus, Cornerstone, Primacy, USA Certified, and Prudential Relocation. During that time she helped businesses relocate dozens of people to Albuquerque closing over $50 million in real estate transactions. She recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty, serving the Inland Empre/SoCal.

Claudia has her business roots in management and accounting. As a Group Financial Administrator at SAIC, a Fortune 250 company in San Diego for eleven years, she developed the business skills necessary to stand out in that field. She later transferred and applied those same skills to real estate. In 2017 Claudia relocated back to southern California where she received her California Real Estate license. She is a member of the Association of Realtors on the local, state, and national levels. Claudia is strong at building trust and solid relationships with her clients. She accomplishes this with her technical savvy, seasoned professionalism, ability to multi-task, and her genuine love and care for her clients. The process is unique for each individual.
